  • After 24 hours, orders may already be in the processing phase, and we may not be able to accommodate your request.
  • If your order is canceled within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Damaged Items

We take great care to ensure your items arrive in excellent condition. An item is considered damaged if:

  • Packaging damage (e.g., dented boxes) is not considered product damage if the item itself is in good condition.

What to Do for Damaged Items:

  1. Notify us within 72 hours of delivery.

    • A clear photo of the damage.
    • Your order details.

We will determine if you’re eligible for a replacement at no cost to you. Please note that we do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged due to normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper use.


Shipping and Delivery

Incorrect Shipping Address
