Lost or Stolen Packages

We understand that lost or stolen packages can be frustrating. However, once a package is handed over to the courier, it is beyond our direct control.

  2. Reach out to the courier directly to file a claim for the lost or stolen package.

Important Notes:

  • Lost or stolen packages fall outside of our refund policy.
  • Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement if the package is not found or delivered.
